Cancellation Policy

Free Breakthrough Session

This is where our students begin their journey with us.  Although these sessions are free they are not for everyone.  You must be a woman who wants to move on from a toxic relationship, and is able to maintain no or low contact.

Pease keep in mind that no-shows negatively impact women who want help. We are on a waitlist and a no-show prevents a woman who is ready for help from getting in sooner to see us.  For this reason, we abide by a strict no-show policy. If you don't show up to your breakthrough session you forfeit your opportunity for a free breakthrough session in the future.  To avoid losing your opportunity for a free breakthrough session please reschedule as soon as possible, and definitely don't just not show up. We can often fill up a spot with even a few hours heads up.  You can contact us here [email protected]

Virtual Programs 

Tuition is due at the time of registration. If you cancel 7 or more days prior to the first day in your virtual program, you will receive a full refund—less a $250 processing fee. If you cancel from 1 to 7 days in advance, you will receive credit for 50% of the cost of the virtual program.  This credit will be held for one year from the date of issue and can be used toward a virtual program.  No credit or refund is available if you cancel your program on the day of, if you do not show up, or if you leave early for any reason.  Our entry level self-study program, 'Dangerous Partners' is $495

In-Person Retreats

In-person retreats are available to graduates of our program, and involve multiple practitioners, personalized products, food, accommodations, and individually made herbal medicines and oils. A client cancellation has negative impacts on our therapists and those clients we turned away. Payment for these programs is due at the time of registration. If you cancel at least 14 days prior to the first day of your retreat, you will receive a full refund—less a $250.00 processing fee. If you cancel from 3 to 13 days in advance, a nonrefundable credit for 50% of the cost of the retreat will be held for one year from the date of issue—less a $450.00 processing fee. We cannot guarantee the ability to accommodate requests to change appointment times.  No credit or refund is available if you cancel up to 72 hours before the first day of your retreat, if you do not show up, or if you leave early for any reason. If a client does not show up for her retreat and does not contact us within 24-hours, we reserve the right to cancel the remainder of his or her program without a refund.
